Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a welcoming presence for clients and guests

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and support day-to-day office operations

  • Assist in real estate closings by coordinating documents, communicating with agents, lenders, and title companies, and tracking deadlines

  • Support office staff with administrative tasks and file organization

  • Help with end-of-day closing procedures and general office maintenance

  • Take initiative and grow into more advanced office or transaction roles over time

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience is required — knowledge of transactions and closing processes is essential

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

  • Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Familiarity with real estate software or CRM tools is a plus
