Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a welcoming presence for clients and guests
Answer phone calls, emails, and support day-to-day office operations
Assist in real estate closings by coordinating documents, communicating with agents, lenders, and title companies, and tracking deadlines
Support office staff with administrative tasks and file organization
Help with end-of-day closing procedures and general office maintenance
Take initiative and grow into more advanced office or transaction roles over time
Requirements:
Real estate experience is required — knowledge of transactions and closing processes is essential
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt
Familiarity with real estate software or CRM tools is a plus
