Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) for financial and HR records.
Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Assist with scheduling, office communications, and general administrative support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support with concentration in bookkeeping and/or HR.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel is a must).
All candidates will be subject to a drug test/background check.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.
