Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Preparing weekly schedules for other employees.
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining cash register balance.
Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences.

Skills
Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on bartending or related roles in restaurants or nightclubs.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service.
Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus.
