Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer phone calls.
Conduct outbound calling to welcome new riders and guide them through what to expect on the day of their first ride.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Uphold company policies and procedures while providing top-notch client services.
Skills
Proficiency in English & Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a medical transportation, a call center, or customer support environment is a plus.
Ability to efficiently navigate computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
Capability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
