Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations for projects ranging from 1-5 million dollars.
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
Create and maintain construction schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.
Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project schedules.
Train team members on best practices in construction management and safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints effectively.
Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively on-site.
Salary and Compensation based on experience.
