Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for core technologies such as Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
  • Hands on end-user support for multiple sites and the timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Primary support interface to the user community for helpdesk requests, 3rd party software support, network operations and end-user training.
  • Responsible for providing desktop system support including but not limited to configuration, installation and maintenance of desktop computer equipment including PCs, notebooks.
  • Document installation and configuration procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working independently or within a team environment.
  • Customer focused and demonstrate good follow-up techniques.
  • Strong verbal communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Installation and configuration of PC hardware and software
  • Must always maintain professionalism.
