DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on
support for core technologies such as Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
- Hands on end-user
support for multiple sites and the timely completion of assigned projects.
- Primary support
interface to the user community for helpdesk requests, 3rd party software
support, network operations and end-user training.
- Responsible for
providing desktop system support including but not limited to configuration,
installation and maintenance of desktop computer equipment including PCs,
notebooks.
- Document
installation and configuration procedures.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office, Windows 10.
- Capable of
multi-tasking and working independently or within a team environment.
- Customer focused and
demonstrate good follow-up techniques.
- Strong verbal
communication.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Installation and
configuration of PC hardware and software
- Must always maintain professionalism.
