Key Responsibilities
- Resolves concerns and answer questions of customers
regarding services and procedures.
- Assist with placement of orders and exchanges.
- Take payment information and other pertinent
information such as addresses, emails, and phone numbers.
- Provides prompt, professional, attentive, empathetic,
friendly, courteous, pleasant, and helpful service to all customers,
internal and external.
- Addresses product concerns and provides instructions on
how to use the product.
- Keeps reference materials current and organized.
- Alerts Customer Service Management Team of any unique
issues in regard to Account Managers, patients, products, etc.
- Utilizes computer system to monitor call volumes to
ensure adequate phone coverage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Experience /
Qualifications
- Six-months previous call center experience or
combination of relevant telephone experience and customer service.
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific
area of the job responsibility.
- Ability to use automated information systems to analyze
patient accounts.
- Ability to communicate and convey information
effectively.
- Effective listening skills that give full attention to
what other people say, take time to understand the points being made, ask
questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
- Basic math and proficient reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to have a quiet workspace and flexibility to
work in a home office, depending on company needs.
- Organized, self-motivated, dependable, flexible and
strong decision-making skills.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed.
