Job Duties and
Responsibilities
- 1. In collaborative
legal environment, will develop and produces creative text, image, and video
content aligned with brand guidelines for social media and web-based platforms.
- 2. Plans and schedules
posts across different social media channels based on the firm’s needs.
Responds to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely
manner. Executes social media marketing campaigns including promotions and
contests.
- 3. Interacts with
various advertising partners to promote the company on television, Internet,
web and social media platforms and to track and analyze outcomes.
- 4. Tracks key
performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, reach of content, engagement,
and conversions to measure campaign success.
- 5. Stays informed
about emerging marketing and media trends and incorporates strategies.
- 6. Fosters positive
interactions and building relationships with external partners, internal
employees and the online community.
- 7. Generates regular
reports on social media performance and provides insight for future strategies.
Works with the firm’s marketing resources to align social media efforts with
overall marketing objectives.
- 8. Writes and reviews
press releases, blogs, and other content.
- 9. Will collaborate
with external partners through meetings and regular communications to promote
internal ideals.
- 10. Addresses reviews
and encourages positive feedback from clients.
- 11. Handles email
marketing requirements.
- 12. Handles other miscellaneous duties as required of the position or required by management
