Responsibilities:
- Conduct
inspection of vehicle and equipment prior to and upon completion of fuel
delivery
- Plan
delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Communicate
with dispatch regarding delivery times and requirements.
- Transport
and deliver petroleum to designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
- Adhere
to company procedures for loading and unloading fuel delivery.
- Maintain
accurate records of delivery and documentation.
- Accurate
completion of drivers log
- Alerting
dispatch of any concerns regarding vehicle care and maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Valid
commercial drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum
of 2 years of experience as a petroleum transport driver or related field
- Clean
MVR with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
- Strong
knowledge of road regulations and safety requirements.
- Excellent
communication and customer service skills
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and schedules.
