Duties:
- Regularly follow up with clients to maintain
relationships and ensure their needs are met.
- Compose and present on-site estimates for potential
projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand and learn our established sales process
to effectively communicate with clients.
- Visit ongoing projects to check on progress, address
client concerns, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and company
events to promote services and expand client base.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive
working environment and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Well-maintained vehicle for travel to job sites and
client meetings.
- Working cell phone (preferably an iPhone) for
communication and coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A bubbly personality and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Strong desire to earn more and grow within the
company.
- Commitment to helping build a growing organization.
- No previous experience necessary; we are happy to
train the right candidate!
