Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and able to handle busy shifts with professionalism and energy.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome and taken care of

Manage reservations and waitlists in an efficient, courteous manner

Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders and reservations

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Support the team with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Familiarity with POS systems is an asset

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Schedule:
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
