$0.60 CPM starting pay + idle & safety bonuses
Earn $1,200–$1,800/week depending on miles, location & endorsements
+ $0.05 CPM on hazmat loads (13–25% of Van freight)
Weekly pay + detention, layover, weather delay & breakdown pay
50% drop & hook, 50% live load/unload, 5% driver assist
Safety Bonus Program Highlights:
Monthly bonus up to $0.04 CPM based on:
$200 for clean Level 1 DOT inspections
$100 for other clean DOT inspections
Fingerprinting and endorsement renewal fees reimbursed

14–27 days out depending on your location and freight density
