Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Coordinate project planning activities, including schedule development, resource allocation, procurement, and subcontractor buyouts.

  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring scope alignment and identifying potential conflicts or risks.

  • Prepare and track project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections; monitor job cost reports and control labor productivity.

  • Lead project meetings and maintain ongoing communication with clients, vendors, consultants, field supervision, and internal departments.

  • Process and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture on all job sites.

  • Visit job sites regularly to assess progress, resolve issues, and support field leadership.

  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including project status updates and financial reporting.

  • Support project closeout by ensuring punch list completion, gathering warranties, and finalizing documentation for client turnover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction.

  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management.

  • Proficient in construction management software (such as Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office and field environment; frequent jobsite visits required.

  • Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and navigate active construction sites.

  • Must comply with all company safety standards and PPE requirements.
