Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and order fulfillment.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload products safely.
Perform packaging duties to prepare items for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
Conduct order picking activities, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Assist with inventory counts and manage stock levels using MRP systems or AS400 software.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software such as AS400.
Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Experience with packaging methods and order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
