Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain appearance and hygiene standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products used in residential cleaning.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
