Responsibilities
- Greet
guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Expedite
and deliver food promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist
with any inquiries or special requests from guests, providing helpful
recommendations as needed.
- Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting
tables for the next guests.
- Collaborate
with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any
issues that may arise.
- Handle
phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items
and making reservations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous
experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not
required.
- Strong
customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
guests and team members.
- Familiarity
with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent
phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest interactions.
- Ability
