In this role, the responsibilities will include:
Sales and Quoting Projects: Proactively engage with potential clients to promote services, prepare and present accurate quotes for projects, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships through clear and consistent communication. This includes developing deeper relationships with our customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty, which is extremely important to our success. Communication responsibilities also include post-job follow-ups through phone calls, mail-outs, and other customer outreach efforts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Scheduling: Organize and assign jobs to technicians, ensuring optimal scheduling for efficiency and customer satisfaction. This also includes communicating with customers to minimize the need for rescheduling and ensuring a seamless experience.
Invoicing: Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing while addressing any inquiries.
Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies for projects, coordinating with suppliers and monitoring stock levels. Additionally, pick up supplies from suppliers as needed to ensure readiness for technicians.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, office activities, project status, and customer feedback to the owner.
Desired skills and experience for this position include (but not mandatory):
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Management Experience: Experience in an office management or similar administrative role, preferably in the contracting industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of contracting processes, project management, and customer service.
People Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
Eager to Learn: A positive, results-driven attitude and an extreme willingness to learn, as we are looking for someone eager to grow the company with us.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, ensuring productivity and positive work dynamics.
