Responsibilities

  • Coordinates project activities, overseeing and reporting on timelines and budgets.
  • Collaboration with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Assist with developing and managing communications and processes for RFP's, RFI's and proposal responses.
  • Assist with client billing
  • Assist with budgeting
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential risks.
  • Assist with other internal projects on and as needed nature related to administration and client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams
  • Some skills using CANVA, InDesign or other graphic design tool
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Reliable access to transportation and internet.
  • Flexibility
