Responsibilities
- Coordinates project activities, overseeing and
reporting on timelines and budgets.
- Collaboration with project managers, contractors, and
subcontractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Assist with developing and managing communications and
processes for RFP's, RFI's and proposal responses.
- Assist with client billing
- Assist with budgeting
- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, change
orders, and project correspondence.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address
concerns, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders,
highlighting milestones achieved and any potential risks.
- Assist with other internal projects on and as needed
nature related to administration and client deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams
- Some skills using CANVA, InDesign or other graphic
design tool
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
with team members and stakeholders.
- Reliable access to transportation and internet.
