Your Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly and
sincere manner. Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure.
- Answers phone calls and guest inquiries.
- Has full knowledge of the floor plan and
seating charts
- Manage the day to day reservations,
walk-in and cancellations/ no-show in the reservation system
- Seat guests in accordance to their
preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty.
- Responsible for the overall presentation,
cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as
the coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces.
- Guides guest to assigned table and ensure
their satisfaction.
- Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately
