What Does a Week in
the Life of the General Laborer Look Like?
- Come to work on time every
morning, clock into UKG and read written instructions provided by the Team
Leader/Supervisor in English to understand what duties are assigned that
day.
- Unload tools, prepare materials
and set up equipment needed for that work day.
- Read and follow installation
prints/instructions attached to work orders using a computer/chromebook.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for
the next stage of the production process if needed.
- Carry, load and unload
materials to the designated areas as assigned.
- Use measuring tape to cut
materials as needed.
- Safely use a variety of
equipment and machinery to accomplish assigned tasks: (this could include
forklifts, power drills, saws, levels, lifts, grinders, pressure washers,
paint and water spraying equipment).
- Assist more senior team members
in their duties as assigned each day.
- At the end of each day, clean
up, store tools and equipment for the next day.
- Clock out and end the work day.

Required Education and
Experience:
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
NECESSARY! We will train you!
- Must demonstrate ability to
perform QUICKLY and ACCURATELY.
- Must know how to use measuring
tape and know basic math (5th grade level).
- Must be able to read, write and
speak basic English.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma
or GED.
- Must have basic computer
skills.
- Must have physical stamina and
endurance to perform essential functions.
- Must be able and willing to
work in all weather conditions outside as needed.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must demonstrate ability to be QUICK and ACCURATE.
