Learning & Talent Development Internship

The Department of Human Resources is seeking an intern to serve on the Learning & Talent Development team. The ideal candidate is a junior, senior, or Graduate student who is enrolled in an accredited college or university. Students working towards a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Public Administration, or Business are encouraged to apply. This internship offers practical hands-on experience and an opportunity to apply knowledge and skills while using emerging and best practices in Adult Learning and Human Resources.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in simple language that is clear and concise.
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and plan work to meet deadlines and work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
