Education and/or Equivalent Experience:

- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Human Resources Development or related field, plus two (2) years of experience in organizational development and training.
- Experience may substitute for the education up to the maximum of four (4) years.
Licenses or Certifications:
- None.
Organizational Development & Training Specialist Senior
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in organizational development and training
- One (1) additional year of closely related experience may substitute for one (1) year of the required education up to a maximum of four (4) years substitution
