Facility HVAC Technician (Parks and Recreation Department)
Parks and Recreation
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus five (5) years experience in repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration systems, and one (1) year of experience in general building operation maintenance including routine painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and modular workstation construction.
Licenses or Certifications:
- Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's license.
- ASHRAE certification as required by the State of Texas/EPA.
